I’m unsure why you’re posts are so negative and whiney and yet they offer no solution . No alternative. Covid Hit NYC hard and pushed a-lot of corps large and small into the digital transformations they had been avoiding. I was getting nearly ten calls a day. I too have studied ux hiring processes and have been working on an extensive research report we identified people like you who should not be in hiring roles interviewing or anywhere near anything more than an IC. You’re either burnt out or you just really hate. Ux. Frankly I don’t care the market is over saturated tech is slays changing you evolve or become irrelevant and you know this. So keep picking on the little guy makes you seem super cool
