There is this theory you seek out the love you were first given so it ends up being a pattern but simply love should not emotionally or physically bring you pain. From words from violence. But we are taught (thanks Disney ) early on if it isn’t dramatic and it isn’t passionate and insane and the man isn’t a prince with some sort of Mental disorder (but it’s ok Bc he’s rich right )? Now this is from a bisexual woman’s point of view so take what you will from it but my mother always warned us to not pick a partner just Bc of money neither of us ever did. But throughout the toxic relationships of my early 20s being involved in toxic dramatic relationships now being with someone I know cares about me I find it difficult to accept the love they give me and question it’s reality. More so I did at first until I realized my issues. But yeah agreed with you on alll levels
