To clarify I have worked at numerous organizations across the board a couple of them claimed they work in double diamond. They most certainly did not. In my earlier comment I was emphasizing I like the double diamond diagram aesthetically. Design processes tend to be seen as linear. (In theory) in practice however there’s no one size fits all solution. And things do tend to get messy. That’s just from my professional experience though.
