yeah I dont think these types of people should be reviewing portfolios or interviewing canidates to be frank they are a negative representation of the entire company they represent. and the interview process is emotionally draining enough as it is. and now ux designers have to add entertaining the hiring manger. sorry queen I did not come here to be your court jester.
